This place is truly “Amazing”!!! I have been taking my babies for grooming for 15+ years and as soon as they opened boarding we were the first customers! I especially love Lexie, our groomer, who has taken care of my sweet baby Chloe, and now Gracie. She makes them look super cute and is exceptionally talented with all their bows and hairdos. She makes them look fabulous!! We went every Friday for many years and now Gracie attends Playcare. She’s like part of the family! We love Amazing Tails! Great place for puppy play! Brand new, clean facility. The owner and employees are super nice. My hound dog just loves coming here to get her energy out! They also do a great job of trimming her nails—which is NOT her favorite task. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the experience my dog had! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and gentle. They took their time to help her feel comfortable and relaxed. The groomer did an incredible job. Her coat came out soft, shiny, and perfectly trimmed. They even managed to get her nails clipped without a fuss, which is nothing short of a miracle! I really appreciated the care they showed throughout the entire visit. Not only did my dog come home looking and smelling amazing, but she was also in a great mood. No stress at all. That says everything. If you're looking for a groomer who truly treats your pet like family, this is the place. We’ll definitely be returning!

This was our first experience with this company and needless to say it will be our last! Our poor Buttercup came out the back and looked like the clippers broke. When my daughter dropped her off, she asked that Buttercup wasn’t shaved all the way down. She had a few patches that were matted. The groomer informed her that she would be able to fix it where buttercup wasn’t shaved all the way down. Our poor baby hasn’t acted or looked right since leaving. I informed them I didn’t like it before leaving and they informed me that the groomer had left for the evening. However, assured me the groomer would call the following day when she came in. I guess she never came in because we never got a call! Buttercup looks like she has a jacket on 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m so disappointed ☹️

I cannot say enough great things about Amazing Tails!!! Ansley Lane is a groomer who does a fantastic job with our Goldendoodle. And Ansley Greene is an incredible bather who takes care of all three of our dogs. I highly recommend this pet salon!! 🤗
