After reading the amazing reviews and watching several of Bird Sitting Toronto’s YouTube videos (which are both educational and entertaining), I decided to bring my Green Cheek Conure, Elvis, in for a nail trim. Samantha was fantastic—professional, punctual, and most importantly very attentive to my feathered baby. It’s clear she truly cares about the birds she works with, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Nothing but high praise for the outstanding service. I hated to do it, but had to find a new home for our 9 year Conure “Tooty”...Could not care for her anymore due of wife’s illness. Wasn’t sure how to go about finding a home for her till we found Samantha. Her service was amazing. Found a family that adopted Tooty within a week!! Sent me a bio of the family she found and definitely put my mind at ease about where she was going. I know she’ll be well taken care of!! Highly recommend Samantha for re-homing or bird sitting.

I had to rehome my cockatiel because of a family health issue. After reading so many positive reviews and meeting Samantha in person, I knew I had found the perfect bird lover, expertise and animal advocate to make sure my cockatiel would have the best new family possible. BST took care of my love bird for a week, everything was done in a real professional way before we actually took her to stay, frequent updates, what to expect etc. During her stay at BST we received daily updates in the evenings with videos and pictures of our bird, this was really wonderful to have, knowing that you can still be close to her though in mind and pictures. Samantha and her husband welcome us on arrival and pickup. I would say from all indication she was kept good, her cage was clean when we pick her up and we felt relaxed knowing that our love bird is in good hands. Samantha and her husband also have several birds of their own and have shown and displayed care and patience in ensuring our bird was well kept for the week. We certainly would recommend BST to anyone.

My first experience with BST was outstanding! Samantha was very kind and professional, and took such good care of my ringneck baby. The portal was so great and easy to see photo and video updates of her every day. Your bird will be so happy here, it truly is a bird resort. Will definitely be bringing my bird back when I go on future trips!
