I had a great experience with Fetch! Veronica was extremely kind and took great care of my two cats. Communication worked very well through the app. I would happily have Veronica watch my cats again.

I have used Fetch! Pet Care of Greater Chicago several times for my pup, Baxter. He has loved his sitters and they have treated him like he is their own. It's so nice to be able to travel and know that Baxter can stay in his home environment and be safe and loved!

Fetch has provided intermediate care for my rabbits since 2022. Scheduling is simple and the pet sitters are reliable, down to earth, and trustworthy people. They come to my home to discuss pet care in advance and when I am away they share photos in real time so I can see that my rabbits are happy and healthy. Rabbits are especially difficult to care for because they have specialized needs but I feel comfortable with fetch associates caring for my bunnies when i have to leave home.

I have had special needs for my animals and they have ensured that they received the care required. I cannot recommend them enough.

It was great getting to meet the sitter before starting services, which not every place offers. Furthermore, I like that they try to keep the same sitter when possible. Donna was so helpful answering questions and getting me connected with a bunny sitter. Our sitter is wonderful! My typically aloof bunnies were out greeting her during the consultation. She took excellent care, and I felt good knowing someone responsible and kind was giving them the care they need. I also love getting photo updates, which we previously did not get from boarding with any of our vets. We will continue using Fetch and recommend to anyone looking for pet care services. The app is simple to use to track visits, make payments, get updates with visits along with photos.
