Absolutely amazing cat sitter. She looked after Luna, Leo and Agnes while I was away in Portugal and went completely above and beyond. I got daily updates and photos which gave me so much peace of mind, and she even cleaned up after my poorly cat when she was sick. What makes her kindness even more special is that on her final day she had sadly just lost her own beloved bunny of 12 years, yet she still carried on caring for my cats so thoughtfully and professionally. I honestly can’t recommend her enough — such a genuinely caring and lovely person. ❤️

Saffira looked after my cat and three chickens recently, whilst I was in Australia for 3 weeks. Her communications and photos were excellent, keeping me informed and up to date with their progress. I could see that my pets were healthy and contented which was very reassuring when I was 9000 miles away! I can thoroughly recommend Nibbles and Custard for services and I will be using Saffira again in two months time.

Saffra is wonderful! She made Ralph feel so at home and comfortable. He had a room to himself during his stay and we got video updates daily which I really loved! We were able to have a wonderful holiday knowing Ralph was being taken care of by a professional. As much as I don't want to recommend Saffra and risk losing space for Ralph, she's fabulous and will look after your fury friend so well to put your mind at ease. She also gives tips on feeding and general health of your pet which goes to show her dedication to her job. Thanks again Saffra! Ralph will see you again for another holiday soon. 🐰

Nibbles & Custard Pet Services are amazing! Saffra cared for my three rats for two weeks. I received picture and text updates every morning, which I really appreciated, as I was always curious to know how they were getting on. Thank you so much for being such a flexible, caring and reliable pet carer. I would highly recommend! I've now booked them in for Christmas!

Our rabbit Rosie had a high level of care whilst at Nibbles and Custard Pet Services, Saffra followed our instructions to the letter, sent us regular photo updates and even litter tray trained her! She came back home relaxed, happy and healthy. Highly recommended!
