Rachel has been fantastic keeping us up to date whilst we were away, daily updates and videos/photos. It’s so reassuring to know that not only is our cat well looked after whilst we were away but so is the house. The service is highly recommended!

First class service from Rachel our cat butler. We have 3 fur babies, 2 of which are very sociable but 1 is very nervous and timid and doesn't like strangers, however she room took to Rachel straight away and went to her for fuss and cuddles. Rachel put our mind at ease, and sent us updates every day we were away. I would recommend Rachel (Tamworth) to anyone and everyone in the area, she definitely goes above and beyond for your babies. I will definitely be using her again.

Rachel was absolutely fabulous with our new and nervous rescue cat Meadow. She had only been with us a month and was still quite nervous and getting used to us but she was so at ease with Rachel. We loved receiving daily videos and pictures of her playing she looked so happy! We even extended our holiday by an extra day and Rachel was so accommodating and happy to help! Honestly couldn’t recommend Rachel enough she took time to get to know Meadow and followed the routine to the letter. Will definitely be a regular customer! Also we came home to a lovely little note and some treats for Meadow which was just a lovely touch! Xx

Excellent job done by Rachel....didn't really know how my rescue cat Margo would react to a stranger coming in to sit her as we've only been together ourselves for 4 months....I explained that Margo was a stray found with kittens when taken to the rescue and extremely shy so not to expect to see her an awful lot.... But to my surprise, through the regular updates and videos sent to me of Margo I was extremely happy to see Margo really interacting with Rachel and even having fuss. Rachel did everything asked of me and more and has made a new friend in Margo. Rachel will now be my regular cat sitter and I'll be happy knowing she's in safe, caring hands. Thank you Rachel for taking such good care of Margo 🐱❤️ Xx

Wonderful attention paid to our babies. Prompt attendance, respectful and supportive care. Could not be happier with Rachel, Albie and Oakley looking forward to seeing her , very loving to them . 100% remind her, we have used her on more than once, and shall again .
