We have had the most wonderful experience using The Cat Butler Tamworth service. Rachel is punctual, conscientious, reliable and meticulous in her care for the cat and our home. We could not ask for more: she keeps our cat well fed, stimulated and makes sure the place is clean and neat while we're away. Most importantly of all, Rachel is extremely kind! In her regular update photos and videos, it's clear the cat LOVES her visits. Having peace of mind that our little creature is both taken care of and happy while we're away is invaluable. I really cannot rate Rachel highly enough. She makes such an effort to get to know the animals she's looking after and allows them to take the lead on the level of attention and fuss they'd like. Rachel has been fantastic keeping us up to date whilst we were away, daily updates and videos/photos. It’s so reassuring to know that not only is our cat well looked after whilst we were away but so is the house. The service is highly recommended!
First class service from Rachel our cat butler. We have 3 fur babies, 2 of which are very sociable but 1 is very nervous and timid and doesn't like strangers, however she room took to Rachel straight away and went to her for fuss and cuddles. Rachel put our mind at ease, and sent us updates every day we were away. I would recommend Rachel (Tamworth) to anyone and everyone in the area, she definitely goes above and beyond for your babies. I will definitely be using her again.
