I first came across the Cat Butler in 2025 when I was looking for pet care for early 2026. There wasn’t one that covered my area, but I came across the Tamworth service which was perfect as I am currently based in 2 locations. Unfortunately, cover wasn’t available during the time I required so I changed my departure to Gatwick airport so I could get a friend to look after my cat instead. I did manage to get booked in June and was hoping Rachel would be free, her posts were heart warming and I wanted someone who would care for my cat like their own. I was assigned Cleo and hoped for the best. The best is what I received! She took lots of notes during the meet and greet and asked questions that really impressed me and put me at ease. Cleo is diligent, caring, kind, respectful, patient and calm. She was the perfect pairing to my sweet deaf rescue and it was lovely to see their friendship develop in the cute daily updates. These became the highlight of my holiday! Cleo was also helpful within the home and the extras were greatly appreciated. I would be more than happy to have Cleo look after my cat again who would be pleased to be re-united with her new best friend. The Cat Butler Tamworth really is premium cat care, perfect for an OTT cat mum like myself.

Rachel was brilliant from the start, really helpful, responsive, and made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. Jules did an excellent job looking after my cat while I was away. She kept everything spotless, made sure feeding was spot on, cleaned the litter tray, checked the house thoroughly, and even sent videos of the house to show everything was OK. She also shared regular photos and videos of my cat, which genuinely gave me peace of mind. It’s always a bit of a leap trusting someone with your home and pet, but both Rachel and Jules made it feel completely easy and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Cat Butler again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy and professional service.

Amazing service! Jules was amazing and made us feel so relaxed, sent us pictures and videos every day while we were away. Couldn't ask for a better way to keep your pets looked after and comfortable if you go away. We will be using the cat butler each time now ☺️

Rachel has been fantastic keeping us up to date whilst we were away, daily updates and videos/photos. It’s so reassuring to know that not only is our cat well looked after whilst we were away but so is the house. The service is highly recommended!

We have had the most wonderful experience using The Cat Butler Tamworth service. Rachel is punctual, conscientious, reliable and meticulous in her care for the cat and our home. We could not ask for more: she keeps our cat well fed, stimulated and makes sure the place is clean and neat while we're away. Most importantly of all, Rachel is extremely kind! In her regular update photos and videos, it's clear the cat LOVES her visits. Having peace of mind that our little creature is both taken care of and happy while we're away is invaluable.
