We have had the most wonderful experience using The Cat Butler Tamworth service. Rachel is punctual, conscientious, reliable and meticulous in her care for the cat and our home. We could not ask for more: she keeps our cat well fed, stimulated and makes sure the place is clean and neat while we're away. Most importantly of all, Rachel is extremely kind! In her regular update photos and videos, it's clear the cat LOVES her visits. Having peace of mind that our little creature is both taken care of and happy while we're away is invaluable. I really cannot rate Rachel highly enough. She makes such an effort to get to know the animals she's looking after and allows them to take the lead on the level of attention and fuss they'd like. Rachel has been fantastic keeping us up to date whilst we were away, daily updates and videos/photos. It’s so reassuring to know that not only is our cat well looked after whilst we were away but so is the house. The service is highly recommended!

First class service from Rachel our cat butler. We have 3 fur babies, 2 of which are very sociable but 1 is very nervous and timid and doesn't like strangers, however she room took to Rachel straight away and went to her for fuss and cuddles. Rachel put our mind at ease, and sent us updates every day we were away. I would recommend Rachel (Tamworth) to anyone and everyone in the area, she definitely goes above and beyond for your babies. I will definitely be using her again.

I had such a great experience with The Cat Butler. Rebecca took amazing care of my cats and really gave me peace of mind while I was away. I loved receiving daily videos—it was such a comfort to see my cats happy, playful, and well looked after. It’s clear they truly care about animals and go the extra mile. Rachel was absolutely fabulous with our new and nervous rescue cat Meadow. She had only been with us a month and was still quite nervous and getting used to us but she was so at ease with Rachel. We loved receiving daily videos and pictures of her playing she looked so happy! We even extended our holiday by an extra day and Rachel was so accommodating and happy to help! Honestly couldn’t recommend Rachel enough she took time to get to know Meadow and followed the routine to the letter. Will definitely be a regular customer! Also we came home to a lovely little note and some treats for Meadow which was just a lovely touch! Xx
