Hi, I’m Jen and I am the owner of ‘The Cat Butler – Weybridge’. We are a sitting service exclusively for cats and a feline friendly cattery alternative, our motto being, “Cats are happier at home”! We provide one or more daily home visits to feed & care for your cat(s), including grooming, playtime and, of course, lots of fuss and attention. We also provide a complimentary home security service while you’re away: We can put out/take in bins, bring in post and deliveries, switch lights on/off and open/close curtains and blinds. We can also water indoor and patio plants free of charge. All of our Cat Butlers are 5-star reviewed, fully vetted, DBS checked and insured. We are also available 365 days a year. Jen is amazing. I can’t rate her more highly. Right from the beginning she was friendly and warm, meaning that we felt very comfortable having her look after our two fur babies. Our cats have a lot of character, but need time usually to warm up to people. Not with Jen though! They took to her right away. She was very communicative too, messaging after each visit to share updates and photos/videos. It was great to know that they were getting lots of cuddles. Jen is a very safe pair of hands to look after your cats and we look forward to her looking after our cats again the next time we go away.
A fantastic service, the whole process felt extremely professional and caring. Suzy was amazing at keeping us posted on our cat’s progress throughout our time away, and the added bonus of knowing that someone was looking in on the house in our absence was very reassuring. Would highly recommend!
The Cat Butler service is absolutely amazing! Suzy is a fantastic friend to our cats - nothing is too much trouble and she looks after them very well indeed. On the few days she wasn’t available, Jen has also looked after our two to the same high standard. They send you daily pictures and updates to let you know that your fur babies are safe and well. They pet and play with them and are never late for meal times. They also leave everything exceptionally tidy! We really couldn’t ask for a better service and will be using them for a long time to come!
The Cat Butler is a fantastic service - we love the peace of mind that our cat is getting the care she needs in the comfort of her familiar surroundings. Super easy booking system which works brilliantly for us as freelance musicians who often need to be away from home at strange hours and sometimes at late notice. The photo and video updates are often a true highlight in our day and the WhatsApp communication is very handy. We can’t recommend them enough!
Amazing service and value for money. It was so reassuring to know our cars were in safe hands. Suzy even watered my tubs which was an added bonus! Cannot recommend enough.
