My dog was never boarded before and I left him at the Snuggery for 10 days and was very pleased with the outcome. They kept me informed when I called to check on how he was behaving and he enjoyed his playtime with the other dogs. They even gave him a bath and nail trim before he returned home. I will definitely use the Snuggery again when needing dog boarding or daycare. I highly recommend this dog facility.
The place was absolutely clean and staff were super friendly. The groomer talked with me for about 5 minutes about what I wanted done and what was manageable! They even gave my dog a bandana and she smells amazing! They offer daycare and have her a report card and my girl was an Angel 😇
I have used The Snuggery several times already. My 2 dogs really seem to enjoy their stays and come home healthy, happy, and tired out from all the fun they have! The groomers did an excellent job with my dog several stays ago. Staff are all amazing and I am so glad I have found this place to take my pups when I need to. The prices are fair, and the booking is easy. The facility is top notch. Thank you all at The Snuggery for taking such good care of Zoey and Tuker while they stay with you ❤️ We will see you soon again in the future.
We recently boarded our dog here during the holidays, and he had an absolute blast. We were really impressed with the private rooms for boarding stays, as well as the spacious play areas. The staff were very friendly both in person and over the phone, so we knew he was in great hands. We also got to sign him up for extras to make his stay more enjoyable, including private cuddle time, pup cups, and the New Years holiday “Ball Drop.” The only thing I would have preferred is if they sent some type of update or photos during the duration of the stay, as we had to call to check in. This was a little nerve wracking, since this was our first time boarding with them, but we really had nothing to worry about. He came home happy, healthy, and very tuckered out.
The Snuggery is wonderful! Lisa is a very skilled and conscientious groomer. She addresses all the grooming issues that my great big Doodle has. You can just see that she loves dogs. All the other caregivers and receptionists have been very helpful to me. The salon is clean, smells great, and is overall a friendly place that you can trust to care for your special friend.
