Hello, I had our gc conure with BST for over 3 weeks. I am very grateful for their amazing service and personalized treatment of both our bird and us. Receiving daily updates was sweet and reassuring for me and my son! And gifts at the end were something beyond our expectations!!! I couldn’t ask for better care for my Quaker parrot! This was my first time leaving him with someone else other than family so I was quite anxious. Samantha was incredibly communicative, catering, friendly and obviously has extensive experience caring for parrots. She would send us daily updates, including photos and videos. She immediately put all of my worries at ease and I felt like my baby was in the best hands! She gave my parrot ample out of cage time, provided great mental stimulation for him and when he came home he seemed so happy! On top of all of the great care she provided, she also gave us the sweetest gifts (an adorable framed picture of my parrot and a container with his name imprinted on it). Overall, I definitely plan to use her boarding services again and I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone with a parrot!! Thank you so much Samantha!

We had a wonderful experience with Samantha and her bird hotel! Our conure stayed with her for about two weeks, and we couldn't have asked for better care. Samantha sent us regular, fun daily updates with photos so we always knew how our bird was doing. He was clearly happy — exploring the perches and playing with all the toys she has set up. It genuinely felt like he was having a great time, and we couldn't have taken better care of him ourselves. Thank you so much, Samantha, for giving us such peace of mind while we were away. We were very sad to have our beloved finches rehomed, but we had no choice. Thank goodness, I stumbled upon Samantha's website. She immediately put our minds at ease. She was kind and empathetic, listened to our concerns and did her absolute best to find happy homes for our finches. While searching for homes, she has cared for our birds as if they were her own.
